Your Responsibilities

As the Performance Marketing Manager you will plan, implement and manage performance marketing campaigns on various channels. Your special focus will be Google Ads (GAC) and Paid Search with additional room to also take over tasks and responsibilities across Paid Social and other channels.

• Manage and optimize advertising campaigns across multiple platforms, especially GAC and Apple Search Ads.
• Develop and execute comprehensive paid user acquisition strategies to drive app installs and subscriptions.
• Monitor campaign performance and drive performance analysis to achieve KPI goals and maximize ROI.
• Collaborate closely with the data team, leveraging data insights to inform decision-making.
• Drive proactive initiatives to enhance the creative production workflow, ensuring high-quality ad creatives and effective messaging.
• Stay abreast of industry trends and best practices in performance marketing, continuously seeking opportunities for innovation and optimization.

Your Profile

• Experience in performance marketing or user acquisition roles, ideally within the mobile app industry.
• Expertise in managing paid advertising campaigns across various platforms.
  Strong analytical, data-driven and performance-oriented mindset, with the ability to drive valuable conclusions while optimizing day-to-day performance.
• Experience in working with relevant marketing tools such as Google Analytics, Google Ads Editor and Tableau.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams.
• Fluency in English; strong German skills are a plus.
