Your Responsibilities

As a UI/UX Designer, you will be a key player in shaping our products: the 7Mind and 7Sleep apps.
Together with your Engineering, Product Management, and Design colleagues, you will solve our users’ problems to ensure that they can focus on their mental and personal well-being journey.

Your responsibilities include but are not limited to:

Own the design process across all phases: conduct research, define the conceptual foundation for design solutions, execute excellent UX flows, apply visual design systems, prototype using a variety of tools and methods, create production-ready designs, conduct usability testing, and support our Product teams during implementation
Contribute to the creation of outstanding experiences, incorporating best practices in UX and creating beautiful, engaging UI and UX patterns
Looking for ways to expand your skills and grow in your field. You like to share your knowledge and contribute to the growth of the team
Contribute to continuously evolving and improving our discovery processes
Work closely with your fellow designers to maintain a cohesive visual style across all our channels and ensure

You could be our next team member if you:

Have 4+ years of relevant experience as a UI/UX designer, with a focus on B2C products
Have experience designing for mobile and web
You have a keen eye for aesthetics and detail, with a strong ability to translate user needs and business requirements into clean, user-friendly interfaces
You are an empathic communicator who acts proactively to ensure effective collaboration
You are pragmatic and can make trade-offs between user needs, business requirements, and technical capabilities
You have experience in driving product enhancements through both qualitative and quantitative user research, testing, and experimentation
You care about the bigger picture - be it the 7Mind strategy or our users’ core problems and needs
You are comfortable communicating professionally in English as we are an international team
You are an expert in Figma and creating, maintaining, and working with a design system

It would be fantastic if you:

Speak German (full professional proficiency or native, for conducting user research)
Are passionate about mental health and/or mindfulness
