Your Responsibilities

As a Senior Product Manager, you will be a key player in shaping our products: the 7Mind and 7Sleep apps.
Together with your Engineering, Product Management, and Design colleagues, you will solve our users’ problems to ensure that they can focus on their mental and personal well-being journey.
Your responsibilities include but are not limited to:

Own a part of the 7Mind user experience, including vision, product strategy, performance, and roadmap.
Develop a deep understanding of our users’ needs, as well as our product offerings, the market, and opportunities.
Identify and own relevant product metrics and drive our product growth goals in a hypothesis-driven and data-informed way.
Contribute to continuously optimizing the product discovery and delivery processes.
Stay closely connected to our users to bring the user’s voice into the product creation process by conducting research and testing.
Communicate your vision, build relationships with key stakeholders, and create buy-in.

Your Profile

You could be our next team member if you:

5+ years of relevant experience as a (Senior) Product Manager.
Experience with subscription/B2C products, preferably mobile.
A clear understanding of modern product development principles and processes in an agile environment.
You are an expert in driving product enhancements through both qualitative and quantitative user research, testing, and experimentation.
You have a proven track record of success in fast-moving, cross-functional, and demanding environments.
You are structured and analytical, with a “getting things done” mentality.
You are an empathic communicator who acts proactively to ensure effective collaboration
You are comfortable communicating professionally in English as we are an international team
A solid understanding of modern web and/or mobile technical architectures

It would be fantastic if you:

Speak German (full professional proficiency or native, for conducting user research)
Are passionate about mental health and/or mindfulness
